When you make a booking you enter into a contract on behalf of all your party with Sicily holiday luxury (SHL) on the terms set out in these conditions of booking. They shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.. - Paying for your holiday
When you book your holiday you don’t pay by the web site, but just making contact with the owner’s apartment. - If you change your booking
If, after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to transfer to a different holiday or departure date, you will contact the Owner. - If you cancel your booking
Should you, or any member of your party, decide to cancel your holiday booking you must advise the owner in writing, either by letter or by email.
